Data Deletion

Spinveri honors data deletion requests from both Spinveri users and from Meta's platform on your behalf. All requests are processed within 30 days; most are completed within an hour.

1. Delete from inside Spinveri

The fastest way to delete your account:

1. Sign in at spinveri.com/sign-in
2. Go to Settings → Account
3. Click Delete my account and confirm

You will see a confirmation page with a tracking code. The Service revokes any connected Instagram access tokens, deletes your connections, giveaways, draws, and comment snapshots, and removes your account from our authentication system.

2. Delete from Facebook

If you originally connected via Facebook Login, you can also revoke Spinveri's access from Facebook's side:

1. On Facebook: Settings & Privacy → Settings → Apps and Websites
2. Find Spinveri in the list of apps connected to your account
3. Click Remove

Facebook will send a deletion notification to our callback endpoint at https://spinveri.com/api/meta/data-deletion. Within 30 days, Spinveri will delete all data associated with your Facebook user ID. Facebook will provide you with a confirmation code and a status URL where you can check progress.

3. Email request

If you cannot sign in or prefer to request deletion by email, write to privacy@spinveri.com from the email address associated with your account, with the subject "Delete my account." We will confirm your identity and complete the deletion within 30 days.

4. What gets deleted

• Your Spinveri user account and authentication record
• All Instagram connection records and encrypted access tokens
• All giveaways you created
• All draws (commitments, seeds, winner data, audit pages)
• All comment snapshots fetched on your behalf
• Any subscription record (the Stripe customer record is also closed)

We retain limited records required by law (such as tax records of completed transactions) for the period legally required. We never retain Instagram comment content, access tokens, or audit-page data beyond the deletion window.

5. Timeline

Most deletions complete within an hour of the request. By policy and by Meta's requirement, every deletion is fully completed within 30 days. If a deletion fails (for example, due to a temporary outage of a downstream service), an automated reconciliation job retries on an hourly cadence until completion.
