Pricing questions
What counts as a draw?
One draw is one winner picked from one post. Every draw is final and gets its own verification page, so drawing again counts as a new draw.
What does the badge look like, and what changes when I pay?
Free draws show a small Spinveri badge on the winner reveal and on the Story video you download. Paid draws leave the badge off. The draw itself and its verification page are identical on every plan.
Can I cancel or get a refund?
The $9 payment covers one draw and is non-refundable once that draw is made. Pro is billed monthly, renews automatically until you cancel, and you can cancel any time in Settings, Plan and billing. If you were billed in error, email support@spinveri.com.
Is paying secure?
Yes. Payments are handled by Stripe. Spinveri never sees or stores your card number.
Single draw or Pro?
Pro costs $19 a month and the single-draw option costs $9, so Pro pays for itself once you run more than two giveaways in a month.
